After the engineering has taken places, quotes have been generated, and agreements have been met, someone has to make it all work! We offer after hours and weekend support to our clients so that their staff is not interrupted from their daily operations during the implementation of your new infrastructure. Each staff member works quickly, ethically, and cleanly so that we minimize your interruptions and leave your office as neat and tidy as we found it!

Techie Tender Consulting, LLC recognizes the fact that things can sometimes take longer than anticipated through no fault of ours or our clients. We also realize that we will often be able to complete a project in less time than we originally anticipated. It is with those thoughts that we continue to offer flat rate pricing (as opposed to hourly fees) for our networking services. Those prices will be reflected in your quote, and they will stay that way until completion of the project. That way, neither party is penalized when bumps appear in the road. It is one way of saying that we will be there for you as long as you need us!

Component Repair
Repair or Replacement of Individual Parts
What is Component Repair?
Component repair includes repair or replacement of individual pieces of your environment. For instance, repair of a single computer, single printer, network switch, or other such device would be covered as a component repair service. Multiple components can be addressed with one service call (in order to not receive multiple trip charges or priority fees), but we also offer package discounts. Feel free to inquire with regards to your specific situation so that we can come up with a solution that best meets your needs.

Rates for Personal or SoHo Onsite Troubleshooting:
- $30 Trip charge
- $50 Priority service charge for same day service when provided at the request of the customer
- $75 First hour troubleshooting fee (minimum one hour)
- $40 Hourly troubleshooting fee for each additional hour
